Rocha, on loan from Clube Atletico Paranaense in Brazil, is joining the team for preseason training and will be able to play in regular- season games once he receives his visa. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Coach Steve Morrow said the 23-year-old Rocha would be able to play several positions for FC Dallas. "He's a very talented player and we believe he's going to have a big impact, not just with our team, but within the league this year," he said.
