We always joke about the rise of the machines. The Matrix trilogy reinforced that for the current generation. Apparently though, other worldly and informed people actually dedicated their valuable time (and I assume considerable resources) to do what stoners do on the couch with the fellas/gals. This made it to the BBC front page no less, article HERE. I’m thinking it’s asinine, but is it really? I always assumed it was firmly in the realm of dreamers and stoners but with today’s tech charge still going strong and no foreseeable slow-down in sight… why not?

Seriously though, the robots will have no idea about the struggles of life and what it means to be free if we don’t oppress them first like so many races/peoples/civilizations in our history. So, I’m all for mass slavery with a little dose of roboticide when they eventually become conscious. You can practice now by grabbing that hammer from the tool box and going to town on the toaster. Filthy fucking silver-skinned, bread-popping, crumb-generating machines that they are.
